Mixing Bowl

Balloon Whisk

1. Preparation

• Select a mixing bowl that is large enough to accommodate the ingredients without splashing.

• Place the bowl on a stable surface or hold it firmly at an angle for better control.

2. Cooking

• Add the ingredients to the bowl, such as eggs, cream, or batter.

• Hold the whisk at an angle and use a quick, circular motion to incorporate air or blend ingredients.

• Adjust the speed and pressure of whisking based on the desired texture (e.g., light and fluffy or smooth and creamy).

3. Finishing

• Continue whisking until the ingredients reach the desired consistency.

• For whipped cream or meringue, whisk until stiff peaks form.

Cleaning instructions

Step 1: Rinse the whisk and bowl immediately after use to prevent residue from drying.

Step 2: Wash both with warm, soapy water using a sponge for the bowl and a brush for the whisk.

Step 3: For stuck-on residue, soak the whisk and bowl in warm water for a few minutes before washing.

Step 4: Dry thoroughly with a towel or let air dry before storing.
