Box Grater

Microplane Grater

1. Preparation

• Choose the appropriate side of the grater for your ingredient (e.g., fine side for zesting, coarse side for cheese).

• Place the grater on a stable surface or hold it firmly at an angle.

2. Cooking

• Hold the ingredient firmly and slide it down the grater in a smooth motion.

• Apply even pressure to avoid uneven pieces and use the full length of the grater for efficiency.

• Rotate the ingredient as needed to grate it evenly and avoid grating your fingers.

3. Finishing

• Collect the grated ingredient from the inside or base of the grater.

• Use immediately in your recipe or store in an airtight container.

Cleaning instructions

Step 1: Rinse the grater immediately after use to remove residue.

Step 2: Use a brush or sponge with warm, soapy water to scrub each side carefully.

Step 3: For sticky residue, soak the grater in warm water for a few minutes before washing.

Step 4: Dry thoroughly to prevent rust.
