1. Preparation

• Choose a large mixing bowl to allow space for the ingredients.

• Prepare the ingredients you wish to fold, such as whipped cream, egg whites, or dry ingredients.

2. Cooking

• Place the ingredients in the mixing bowl. If you’re folding in egg whites or whipped cream, gently scoop from the bottom and fold the mixture over the top, turning the bowl as you go.

• Use a flexible silicone spatula to gently incorporate the ingredients without deflating the mixture.

• Continue folding until the ingredients are evenly combined but still light and airy.

3. Finishing

• Stop folding once the mixture is just combined to preserve the volume and texture.

• Use the folded mixture immediately in your recipe.

Cleaning instructions

Step 1: Rinse the spatula and bowl immediately after use to remove residue.

Step 2: Wash both items with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge. The silicone spatula can be washed with mild soap to prevent any odors.

Step 3: Dry both the bowl and spatula thoroughly before storing.
