Cast Iron Baking Sheet

Baking Dish

1. Preparation

• Preheat your oven to the desired temperature (typically 350–450°F or 175–230°C).

• Arrange the ingredients (e.g., vegetables, nuts, or seeds) on the cast iron baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring they are evenly spaced.

2. Cooking

• Place the baking sheet in the oven and allow the ingredients to roast. Stir or toss occasionally to ensure even browning and prevent burning.

• Adjust the cooking time as necessary based on the ingredient and desired level of crispiness or tenderness.

3. Finishing

• Once the ingredients are golden brown or fully cooked, remove the baking sheet from the oven.

• Let the food cool slightly before serving or using in your recipe.

Cleaning instructions

Step 1: Allow the baking sheet to cool before cleaning.

Step 2: Rinse the baking sheet with warm water to remove any food residue.

Step 3: Use a sponge with mild dish soap to clean the sheet, avoiding abrasive materials that could damage the surface.

Step 4: Dry thoroughly and apply a light layer of oil to prevent rust if the sheet is not enameled.
